A day to remember
The English Riviera Airshow has been wowing spectators annually since 2016, with the exception of 2020 due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Held over two days on the first weekend in June, it is the first event in the UK’s Airshow calendar.
The Airshow is free to attend and is funded by various partners – Torbay Council, English Riviera BID Company and many corporate sponsors, individual donors and many others.
The 2024 event will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June. Find out more about the event below.
Taking Place Since 2016
The English Riviera Airshow has been the Bay’s flagship event since the inaugural event in 2016.
The natural amphitheatre of Tor Bay makes it a favourite performing destination for some of the RAF’s most iconic display teams including the Red Arrows, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the Typhoon team. The event is also supported by civilian aircraft display teams.
The on-ground event village typically hosts an Armed Force Village, fairground, food and drink traders, stall holders, plus a range of activities and live entertainment.
